Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms apply when you use Kzen at https://next.kzen.cloud. By creating an account or using Kzen, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Kzen.
The service
Kzen is a personal planning workspace for goals, rituals, notes, a trading journal, a wallet and a calendar, with optional integrations such as a read-only Google Calendar import. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
Kzen's trading journal and wallet are record-keeping tools. Nothing in Kzen is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Your account
- Give accurate sign-up information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us at kzencloud@gmail.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You own the content you put into Kzen. You give Kzenpermission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including showing it to people you share it with. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are overwritten over time.
Third-party services
When you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms. How Kzen handles data from connected services is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kzen to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- upload malware, or try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- overload, probe or disrupt the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
- share content through public links that is unlawful or abusive.
Ending your use
You can stop using Kzen at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and we may end the service with reasonable notice where possible.
No warranty
Kzen is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that imported data (for example from Google Calendar) will always be complete or current. Keep your own copies of anything important. You use Kzen at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Kzen and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Kzen afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
